With experience across a diverse array of disciplines, he’s steadily refined his approach to building value-centered relationships with leading companies covering a broad spectrum of industries and verticals. Richard has built and led high-performing partnership teams in hospitality technology, customer loyalty, marketing automation, payment processing, and fintech. Most notably, he helped lead the go-to-market partnerships motion for Stax Payments, contributing to the company’s $1B valuation milestone.
Richard’s favorite aspect of working in partnerships is learning the complexities of different industries, and playing a part in scaling and growing these businesses to the next level and beyond. He holds a degree in economics and political science from the University of Central Florida, and enjoys spending his free time learning life’s most important lessons from his wife and two children.

Julisa Salas is Head of Operations and Strategy at Relay Financial, one of the fastest-growing fintech startups in the world.
She is an accomplished GTM and operations executive, startup advisor, and angel investor with a proven track record of scaling businesses. At Toast, she helped grow revenue from $10M to $1B, established and led GTM Strategy and Operations, improved conversion by over 50%, and prepared the company for Boston’s largest IPO as Chief of Staff. Post-IPO, she helped launch Toast’s international business and built its operations abroad.
Julisa brings firsthand small business experience as an Airbnb host in Manhattan, where she’s seen how cash flow, systems, and customer experience can make or break a service business. She has spoken at Dreamforce, Harvard Business School, and Tuck, and has been recognized by El Mundo’s Latino 30 under 30. She holds a degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
